Ordering Information

We ship Monday through Wednesday with standard two day shipping so packages are delivered prior to the weekend.

Delivery Schedule 

All orders ship second day air 5 to 7 business days from receipt of order. Standard Two Day is guaranteed to arrive two business days from actual shipping date.

Pick Up Your Order

If you live near Magnolia Cattle Company, you may elect to pick up your order in person and save on shipping costs. When you check out, check the "I'll pickup my order" option under shipping information. We'll notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Once you receive notification your order is ready, follow these directions:
  • Order pickup is available Monday through Wednesday 8am to 12pm.
  • Please contact us at 206-255-4663 or email with your order number to arrange a pickup time.
  • Bring a copy of your receipt with a photo ID to pick up your order.


Currently we ship only to the contiguous United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Be sure all addresses are correct and include a daytime phone number for each recipient. We are not responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address provided to us or for packages sent to individuals who have moved or are on vacation.

Gift Orders

When sending an order as a gift you may add a personalized message during the checkout process. Recipients packing slip will not include pricing.

Packaging and Steak Quality

  • USDA inspected Wagyu Beef for a higher quality eating experience
  • Hand trimmed and naturally aged for 21 to 28 days for maximum texture and flavor
  • Standard expedited shipping delivered straight to your door and insured

Our Wagyu beef is hand cut by some of the industry's best meat cutters and not mechanically enhanced in any way. You should receive at least the total weight, within accepted industry standards (+-5%), as described in the product's description. In addition, we work hard to ensure that your order is picked and shipped correctly. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.

Notify Us Of Problems By The Next Business day.

Your satisfaction is our first priority.  Should there be any problems with your order please notify us by calling 206-255-4663 by the next business day after receipt of your order. Do not return any product. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.

We Are Not Responsible For

  • The delivery address you provide is wrong and causes your order delivery to fail. Double check your shipping address when you place your order.
  • It is your responsibility to immediately refrigerate items we deliver. If our product is delivered on time and you fail to refrigerate it in a timely manner and it spoils, we bear no responsibility.
